just don't work at macys

they want to hire as many flex people so you don't get more then 8 hours a week.

Discount, People, get newer technology

Cons

Culture, old uninformed management, insecure, benefits (below market standard), bench process for promotions, no work from home unless they need you to work from home, not technology leaders, no bonus, no on call pay. no cell phone pay, crowded, etc. This is a good stepping stone company or place to muddle for a few years.
