Management (Managers, Sales Managers, Store Managers) all tell you to do 50 things at a time. Co-workers treated work environment like a high school environment. Benefits for the amount of pay you get? A joke. Attendance system is unrealistic. Pay is horrible for the amount of work expected. Lack of growth within the company. Sales goals are sometimes $1,400 for a three hour shift at the slowest time of the day like 6-9pm on a Wednesday. Managers expect you to open 20 accounts in a day. Management will belittle you to keep customers happy. Customers have too much power over the employee.
