Pros

Good if you are looking for part time job. good for workers that do nothing cause those are the ones that get rewarded. while the good hard workers are the ones that have to suffer and feel like crap everyday.

Cons

Seems like they want everything done by 2-3 people cause the more work there is they never have hours to give cause of the budget or so they say. There point system is a joke. there raise system is a BIGGER JOKE.

Pros

Nice atmosphere with great employee support and events. Fun, easy.

Cons

The only thing management cares about at the end of the day is sales numbers and selling credits. They really push you to open credit card accounts, almost to the point that it's like being brainwashed. Everyone celebrates when someone gets a credit, even though getting a credit doesnt even benefit you directly in any way whatsoever. Same with these arbitrary sales goals that you must try to reach each day. There is a lot of pressure to reach your sales goal, although this job isn't even on commission.
