extremely structured. store discount. trying to increase efficiency. realize problems and try to fix them. management is approachable.
Cons
Too many rules to follow. Management is constantly changing the rules you are supposed to follow. You are not allowed create anything, you are forced follow templates. Web design here is basically a glorified production job. Managers stay until 11pm every night. If you try to leave at 6pm you will be asked why you are taking a half-day. Technology here is 5 years behind. Old printers, old software (lotus notes), slow servers, slow internet..etc. Business is booming and the amount of work is increasing but they won't hire more people. You can easily work 9-10 hours a day but management will give you a hard time about going over hours.
