You are encouraged to interact with other departments and there are great team bonding events that help to make the office feel more like home. Working in the Technical Support department helped me to quickly jump into the other persons shoes and gauge the scope of their wants and needs, which is a great skill to develop for future projects and prospects. The company also provides tons of perks like free drinks, snacks, coffee, and everyone gets their own standing desk which helps to get you out of your chair and makes you want to stretch and be active.
