Nothing about these people give you any insight to the industry. They have no idea what they are doing. HR lead was a former David’s bridal manager. They sourced from bottom barrel and have no idea what they are doing. Your pay is horrible. Your benefits are even worse. They just lie. Don’t waste your time.

Moves too fast, not enough time to connect with your clients, people say it feels like a assembly line (yeah...can't argue). Corporate is worried about the money. They tslk about these values but they don't live up to 'em.
