Pros

From what I can tell, I haven't seen any yet..

Cons

The thing that made me the maddest is I was told the pay structure was different than what it really is. They say they are the "highest paying ESL company", which is a lie. As a teacher with a Master's degree in early childhood education, they only offered a base rate of 7.50. That is $1-$2 less than other companies I work for. They micromanage teachers and expect you to be like robots. Their mentality is "Never stop talking", even though higher rated companies and even ESL college courses tell you to cut down on the incidental language.

Pros

For most situations, good communication using email. Facebook group is really helpful.

Cons

For west coast teachers, the time difference can be challenging. 1/2a.m. to 5a.m.. Also, little assistance from company when there is a completely uncooperative student. In a 25 minute class there is little an online teacher can do to handle a disrespectful student. When 99.9% of the time the teacher is successful, after there is 1 complaint in 1500+ students, they will lock you out of the system.
