      Love Magic Ears!

      Pros

      I have worked for other companies, but the curriculum and platform that Magic Ears uses is the best I have seen. The thoughtful designs and the way the material flows makes me feel that I am really helping kids to learn! It is quick moving with videos and games and keeps everyone engaged and having fun. Let alone all the kids are adorable! The staff is also always available to answer questions and they're very helpful. I have never had to wait very long to get a response to my questions.

      Cons

      If I could get the amount of hours I need, I would only work for Magic Ears, but the only Con for me is that it isn't always a reliable schedule. Sometimes I have every slot booked and sometimes only 2 out of 5. If you have a budget and need to make so much money per month, this is the only con to this company

      Pros

      Magic Ears is a very new company which means that it is growing and there are lots of opportunities for anyone that would like to go far in a job. They are always giving us more opportunities for work, not just in teaching but as a social net worker, interviewer, proof reader, etc. The platform is super user friendly and the people that work there really care about their Teachers. They are always willing to help us when we need it!

      Cons

      It is early mornings for most teachers which can be difficult for some people.
