Magna loves to preach that everyone is part of a family. You aren't. You're expendable and you will feel like it. Very bad compensation. You will be expected to front parking/tolls/driving, which they will reimburse (albeit usually a few weeks later). Those bills will add up and it will feel like a constant cycle of lost money. Upper management didn't take the time to bother learning my name, so instead kept calling me the wrong name for over a year. Even if you put in 150% it will not be noticed sadly.

General misanthropic atmosphere and behavior. Higher up's discredit their employees. No sense of community or loyalty. Some days you question every decision you've made leading up to your employment. Avoid heavily.
