Great work environment, and great Center City location. I also couldn't have asked for better coworkers. They held/participated in awesome events and conferences. I loved working at Magna, and would go back in a heartbeat if I had the chance to.

Cons

I left because the commute from the suburbs was getting to be too hard and expensive. If I had the opportunity to move closer to the city, I would not have had any intention of leaving.

Overworked, underpaid and stressed out. If your a BDM your life is easy. Any other department is hell. Long hours, short paid and high expectations
