Started as the receptionist, ended as a scheduling coordinator

Pros

Free lunch every Wednesday!! Growth opportunities, bonuses, great coworkers. Owners/management really care about the staff. Family atmosphere. Overall, a great company to work for!

Cons

As another reviewer pointed out, some days get extremely busy. However, on the few occasions I was unable to take a lunch break, management paid to have lunch delivered.
