Pros

Nice immediate coworkers and provide nice equipment

Cons

- very little pay, not industry standard at all - plan on having no personal things going on in your life or ever being sick - VERY controlling for a mostly remote job, does not trust workers to do their day to day - training is terrible - communication from management is unprofessional or non existent - don't try and suggest improvements the answer will always be "this is just how it is"
