Dehumanizing, terrible wages

Remote work flexibility, somewhat "work at your own pace"

Cons

Terrible wages, mediocre benefits, company strings you along promising a wage increase for more than a year before giving you about $0.25 more, dehumanizing management, outdated backend system

Pros

Remote/Hybrid positions available. Equipment is given when hired. Its almost impossible to get fired unless you do something very stupid.

Cons

Communication and client transparency is almost non existent. Team morale is almost always low due to dissatisfaction from administration. Managers are too busy fluffing numbers for investors and acquiring new businesses to care about employees.
