Pros
Health benefits, nice breakroom, place looks nice when you take your tour as a new hire.
Cons
Machines never ever work properly, most product made seems to be lesser quality or literally gets thrown away and wasted. Manager on line 6 on a particular shift definitely has little man syndrome and the company seems to just defend any harassment he can dish out. Company spends money on placing cameras all over but not on fixing machinery and equipment.
