There werent too many pros,
They do not give out a raise after a year.

Interview was bizarre.
I didnt actually get the job although i had 15 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
HR lady called me and said “i had the goods” but were looking at others.
I think it was because i was Indigenous and didnt fit into their culture.
