      The benefits are amazing! They always promote further education and offer several different programs for employee to take to build their skillets. Pension, 403b, Roth IRA, hsa benefits too

      Pros

      Good tuition reimbursement, there is always opportunities for career growth. Participates in clinical ladder and provides compensation. Good benefits with a decent amount of paid time off

      Cons

      Not enough staff ever on weekends. There is a real possibility of mandating employees to work every third weekend when we were all hired for every fourth weekend- this is unwanted and a real employee dissatisfier. Although we have clinical ladder, it has become increasingly more difficult to achieve each year and the pay has not increased for clinical ladder in at least five years.
