Since starting at Main Line Health my career has catapulted. I began my career at MLH as a Pre-Processing Specialist and 3 years later with hard work and persistence I am now a Practice Manager. I have had the opportunity to work with great leaders in healthcare and learn from them because the company is collaborative, and people are willing to share what they know! I enjoy working at Main Line Health and look forward to retiring from this organization. My director made sure the expectations of me were clear and provided on the job training to ensure I felt supported in my role. MLH understands work-life balance and the culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors. This is a place I can call home away from home!
