MLH consistently works with employees to develop skills and knowledge and determine opportunities for professional growth. Best of all is the team mentality - not just within disciplines but between all disciplines and departments. Every person in every department contributes to patient care in some way and that is consistently recognized by leadership and in the respectful communications between staff. The ED was recently renovated, very beautiful and spacious. -Good RN-patient ratios, teamwork, and collaboration between staff and departments. -Pay is comparable and consistently reviewed to ensure it is competitive with the market.
