The organization truly values your work-life and gives you the balance to separate your professional and personal lives. I've been lucky to work under tremendous leaders who are forward thinking and bring new and innovative ideas to the department as well as the entire organization. I wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend MLH to a friend or family member as a great place to work!
