      Pros

      I appreciate the friendly staff, diverse work environment and focus on patient safety. MLH encourages employees to grow within the organization and offers learning tools to assist with growth. Nothing but positive things to say about Main Line Health!

      As with any role within an organization you will need to manage your time in order to complete tasks in a timely manner and prioritize deadlines.

      Pros

      The donations that thousands of people have made to Lankenau in the past has in part made possible the Lankenau Foundation. That foundation has made it possible for my group to do the cutting edge work it has done here since I came to Lankenau from Penn 35 yrs ago. Doing the research work that we do is a privilege, and I am extremely grateful to the Lankenau family - present as well as past - for making it possible.

      Main Line Health are doing great work in the community helping people get well. Co-workers are very welcoming and appreciate your experience and opinions.

      Cons

      There are a lot of very long tenured employees that are happy with the status quo and the "way things have always been done".
