-prestige and reputation -Job stability, benefits -Career opportunities -Collaborative Environment -Opportunity to develop valuable skills -embraces technology, tools and innovations

Cons

-long, irregular hours, weekends, holidays never have an entire complete holiday off -phyical demands, lifting patients, on your feet for long periods, pushing heavy equipment, stretchers etc. -emotionally taxing -administrative manadatory tasks, paperwork, -exposure to illnesses, injuries and mandatory vaccinations.

Cons

Would love to see the director level and higher rounding on staff.

I work in a non clinical area. There is plenty of autonomy and flexibility in my schedule. My manager is willing to help or point me in the right direction.

Cons

It's hard to have nonperforming employees terminated.
