Pros

Benefits, include pension plan. Generous vacation, although it has been lowered since I came on board. Great co-workers. My job allows work from home since covid occurred. Work home balance has been great for me, my manager is interested in what is going on in my life and being flexible.

No cons to keep me from recommending.

Pros

The primary focus at Main Line Health is to provide a superior patient experience. Many initiatives revolve around ensuring that we advance the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve. I have wonderful coworkers, who are compassionate and willing to help whenever needed. The leadership team is great and works to communicate efficiently and effectively. I genuinely enjoy coming to work and have found a positive and collaborative learning culture here. I have recommended Main Line Health to friends and family as a great place to work. I have had several friends join the organization and report the same positive culture in their various entities.
