      Main Line Health was nothing but a breath of fresh air the moment I first stepped into my first interview. 7 years and 2 promotions later, I am extremely happy to choose MLH to advance my career. The team is collaborative, friendly, inclusive and listens to their employees. They invest in their people which ultimately results in a stronger system. They offer outstand benefits, PTO, pension and flexible work/life balance. The management team is supportive and works with you to reach your goals.

      Offer more fully remote opportunities, although this has changed a lot since the pandemic.

      the units were short-staffed quite often. the patient-to-nurse ratio is high at times. some Drs didn't like being awakened during the night shift.
