      Pros

      A great place to grow your career! I have been with the company for over 4 years and have been promoted 3 times. Management and leadership have always been extremely supportive. Work life balance is also great with having the ability to work remotely most days. Management is understanding and welcomes any new ideas. Main Line Health also offers amazing benefits and PTO! No city wage tax/free parking for employees.

      Cons

      Improve on management and leadership in some departments that have higher turner over. Offer more remote opportunities. Some departments have done this but other areas could.
