Main Line is an organization that truly backs up what is put out there. They treat their employees fairly and respectfully and give excellent patient care. The organization provides a lot of opportunity for growth and learning, as well as excellent training for new hires and new graduates. Superior benefits as well! MLH has also been very transparent to their staff during the Pandemic with NO lay offs and changes made to provide better work from home options for departments that can accomodate this. The people are their strongest assets!
