      Excellent leadership - positive and authentic managers in Talent Acquisition that stress work/life balance and self care!! No micromanagement - trusted to do my job! Diversity, Respect, Equity, and Inclusion are at the forefront the organization. Benefits - full funded pension plan + 403B with match, tuition reimbursement, attractive PTO package. Paid fairly based on experience, plus given merit increase each year based on performance.

      The system could improve on management and leadership in some departments that have higher turnover.
