      Quality benefits that you would expect from an organization such as this

      Cons

      Noncompetitive wages for per-deim nurses who are excluded from bonuses despite a short-staffed unit. Some other staffing policies do not work in the favor of the employee.

      Friendly coworkers, supportive management, good compensation, staff parking, new facilities.

      Cons

      Irate patients, long ER wait times and lack of communication with patients, ER cleanliness.

      Decent pay OT if wanted Bonuses and incentives

      Cons

      Alot of time it takes a lot to move around within the company it feels like your department won’t let you leave and better yourself
