      Upper management does not care about their employees. Only 3 sick days a year, took away 403b contributions during COVID.

      Pros

      The hospitals and facilities were in good condition. Full time was only thirty-six hours per week. Peer reviews were nice.

      Cons

      Pay was very low. There were essentially no raises. Mine was a pay increases of only 25 cents after working there a whole year.

      Pros

      Great pay, decent benefits. There are some very talented and devoted clinicians at MLH. MLH is also a very culturally sensitive health network, which I appreciate .

      Cons

      Management is incommunicado. I don’t even know to whom I report! Many employees have never worked elsewhere and don’t have a concept that the place is behind the times.
