Online access for former employees to initiate pension payments.

Cons

Poor response to online pension request packet submitted Sept 2025. Submitted through HR4U/MLH website. Have not received packet as of Dec2025 Website states a 10 to 15 business day response, 40+ business days currently and request is still being processed.
