      Pros

      Benefits are good. If you want to do the same thing for 30 years, then this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Hiring and promoting wrong people who doesn't have managing skills. Too much red tape. Salary increase here is not based on merit or your performance. it doesn't matter if you work hard and performed well. They don't even look at the current economic inflation. Bonus??? Nothing! NO GROWTH! Managers here ignores people who volunteer to help that are very skillful.

      Pros

      Good learning experience, great reputation. Got hired fairly quickly. Pay is decent, free parking. Fellow employees are nice, we're all stuck here together.

      Cons

      Acuity not taken in to account for staffing, managers are window dressing, teaching hospital and some residents are clueless and will lie to cover. Would like to transfer but you have to wait 15 months!
