      pension, great co workers, good benefits

      Cons

      no flexibility; they force you to use your vacation time when work slow downs occur, but then deny you time off and write you up for calling out sick

      Good organization with good ideas to support the community.

      Cons

      -Too much favoritism in promotions in Nonclinical departments - Zero career growth - Management shows no interest in your career advancement and sometimes insults when you ask for promotion - There is no check on the way manager and director level folks treat and respond to their staff - its almost like high schoolbwith groups and favorites - it's disappointing that staff has to give good gifts to their boss during holidays if they want to be in good books

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent as long as you stay in the health system - paid time off is accrued per pay period for a total of 30 days

      Cons

      management does not know how to deal with employees. they choose to ignore the bullying that goes on because they don't want to deal with it
