Pros
Even working per-diem, I still feel like a valued member of the team. My co-workers are wonderful and offer much help and support, as I am new to the field. Management is approachable and supportive as well.
Cons
As a per-diem tech, it is a challenge not having a set schedule. Sometimes I feel out of practice, especially on weeks that I am only called in one day.
