      The healthiest non-profit health system in the region Amazing benefits package, Full time employees get many weeks of PTO Competitive salaries Senior management really seems like they care about the office staff Most departments promote from within

      Cons

      Middle management can be less than stellar and are very numbers based Nurses have it a bit rough using sick days, can't come to work if you're sick but don't use too many days

      My boss was very supportive, good benefits and healthcare. I worked there 11 years before returning to graduate school full time.

      Cons

      I ran nonstop on the floors. A lot of emergencies. Short personnel.

      Pros

      3rd floor nurse manager is amazing, tries her best to be flexible with your work, school and family life. Opportunities to switch positions to satisfy my ever changing personal life (I was full time, per diem and weekends in a 4 year span)

      Cons

      If you are full time you have to work every other weekend for 7 years before you work 1 out of 4 weekends. They always seem to be short staffed even especially on weekends (even though they have weekend staff and full time is required to work every other, I don't know how this always seems to happen). High turnover rate with Rehab Techs.
