they always needed workers so getting shifts was never an issue the veteran nurses were so nice and were happy to explain processes and procedures to you

Cons

newer nurses and pcts were cliquey and just not helpful. they could really make or break your shift the patient population is hard and often times rude always fighting for good working equipment to use for vitals

Insurance mandates employees to go to providers within the MLH system, would otherwise be unaffordable. Deserve the right to get care anywhere
