      Get pulled from your home unit at least 1x weekly and sent to a unit that is shorthanded, to work alone.

      I've worked at Main Line Health for 8 years and I love it here. I'm part of an incredible team comprised of intelligent, driven professionals. Everyone is willing to help one another and we truly want each other to succeed. I'm grateful to be a part of a health system who cares about you as an individual. You're not just an employee here - you're valued. I have an will continue to recommend Main Line Health as a place of employment to family and friends; it's a great place to spend your career!
