Cons

Seemingly endless policies to follow does choke off autonomy at times. Must be willing to work alone and independently majority of your day.

A lot of resources and decent pay. Tuition reimbursement and other decent benefits.

Cons

Doesn’t pay as well as some other local health systems. Can get stagnant in units, a delay in transfers.
