I have been well supported by the management and office staff during my onboarding and clinical practice in the home care setting. Managers are very responsive and have your backs. Office staff helps with scheduling when your caseload goes off the rails. Plenty of opportunities to develop your skills as a therapist and shine if you have previous experience in another setting. And if you have an unexpected call out they are very understanding and will help cover your patients or call them to cancel appts.
