      I get the chance to collaborate with colleagues of all levels and be as creative as possible. Iin my work. the ability to balance work and life is great.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Bonuses could also be better compared to leaders.

      Main Line Health is a great place to work because they are inclusive, promotes and advocates for internal growth, and have great benefits that include a wellness discount, volunteer days, 403b and pension plans, and more!

      Main Line Health is committed to providing comprehensive health benefits and supports a work life balance. The potential growth here at MLH is endless and offers their employees the opportunity to take advantage of tuition reimbursement. MLH is well diverse and is committed to quality care!

      Cons

      Other area hospitals are starting their employee at higher pay rates. When seeing this you may want to factor in transportation, parking and city wage taxes depending where you live.
