      The team that I work with is phenomenal, there is a great work-life balance, and leadership is supportive. Management provides opportunities for professional development and growth and we are recognized for our achievements.

      Pros

      Wonderful organization that prioritizes engagement and development of the employees. I am a product of that development as I've been with the organization a short time and have been provided with ample opportunities to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Healthcare is challenging right now, and we are challenged with resources. The leadership team is transparent about this and involves the employees in efforts to problem solve.

      Great work-life balance

      Pros

      I work in the marketing department and feel that there is a great work-life balance here. The department is also full of very friendly people and I feel that I learn something from them all of the time! Benefits package also comes with great PTO.

      Cons

      I wish there was a better maternity leave package, but this can be said for so many companies out there.
