      MLH provides excellent care to patients and respects their employees. They offer good medical benefits. They also provide the opportunity for continuing education and onsite education and training department.

      Cons

      MLH salary, short staffing but tries to find solutions.

      Overall my team has a positive and healthy working environment. The size of the organization has the advantage of a large one while also seeming to maintain the connectedness of a smaller one. There are opportunities to get involved in projects across the organization, but they are not expected.
