      Pros

      When you are hired by Main Line Health, you know that you will be welcomed with open arms by staff. At MLH, you receive high quality training, and the hours are amazing. Also, when you are a Main Line Health employee, you know that you will be doing rewarding work.

      Cons

      There have been no cons during my employment with Main Line Health! I have honestly loved every minute of my job here, and I have no regrets about taking this position!

      Pros

      Main Line Health puts a unique forcing patient safety, equity and affordability. Embedded in this hyper focus for equity is the commitment to have diverse employees. Our Board, our C-suite execs and all the way down understand this focus and commitment.

      Cons

      I don’t have anything I can say. Every organization has their struggles but this is a supportive environment that gives people voices to work through them through Employee Resource Groups or online feedback tool.
