      Just ok- get some experience and move on.

      Pros

      the benefits are good, retirement pension and health insurance. Easy to get hired because they are desperate.

      Cons

      low pay, short staffed, management doesn't respond to communication. Many people in department are burnt out and then don't want to do their work.
