      Pros

      MLH is committed to strong employee engagement and professional development. The organization provides very good compensation and benefit packages including a generous tuition reimbursement benefit.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect. There is considerable distance between senior leadership and line staff.

      Growth begins with you!

      Pros

      I can honestly say I have enjoyed working at MLH because I have had so many opportunities to grow in my career. I have had 4 different roles in just under 4 years, PSR, Biller, Office Coordinator to my current role as a Performance Improvement Coordinator. Even within these roles I have had development opportunities such as the ASPIRE program, CBT classes, DREI listening circles, ACT program and so much more!

      Cons

      If I had to provide one downside with MLH it would probably the accrual of PTO depending on your role/number of years you have been with the company. Our employees work diligently to provide great patient care, we should be providing more time for them to decompress so they may continue to provide quality care every time they come to work.
