Newer hospital with the latest technology. Community based, PTO and staff. Ability to move around if you want to move into another position after a period of time.

Cons

Pay and benefits but the budget really can impact raises and PTO. We should have more in house training to keep people in house.

Pros

Fast paced environment. The work is consistent and you’re constantly busy which is good. Housekeeping does great with team work! Always learning something new.

Cons

Working an every other weekend & every other holiday job is hard to maintain with a 1 year old. The pay isn’t the greatest, not for where I’m at right now in life I need more to provide for my daughter and I. Also, I felt that there was poor communication between my shift leaders and supervisor. Nobody was ever on the same page.
