My co workers are wonderful and I like my job except for the pay.

Cons

The pay sucks. When Secretary's are coming in at more money then I make and I am a Certified Medical Assistant with a lot of responsibility and further education. Been doing this for 9 years. What a slap in the face for us.

I loved it here at MGMC. As a moderate sized community hospital, I feel as if the care we provided was exceptional! Did it pay the best, no, were benefits stellar, no, But I've got to say, that hospital had the best darn group of physicians and nurses that I've ever had the pleasure of working with . We're we short-staffed? Sure, who isn't, but you always could count on your team to have your back... I miss my team at MGMC!

Cons

Benefits could be better! The staff segregation for parking is a bit silly... I bought into the 'green parking' until I saw all the docs and their luxury SUV's parking out in the 'green' lot.
