Massive staff exit due to Covid vaccine.

It's not what it used to be. I'm a rehire, and like all the other low starred reviews the environment and coworkers are toxic. It's such a shame because it doesn't have to be that way! Money means nothing if you can't enjoy your environment, or feel like a team when working as a team is critical, but un-achievable, and when you want to work here to make a difference- but can't because it's impossible with the rude culture of some areas of this organization. Poor communication, lots of staff hate training and they make people feel bad for asking questions or making mistakes. It's not the place I remember.
