I have great managers and coworkers. I feel everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I love the culture & values of MGH.

Cons

MGH is not very prompt or specific with reimbursement programs. There is an education committee that approves or denies reimbursement. I don't see how you can find out ahead of time if a class you take or a certification you pay up front for would be denied.
