Many bad apples due to toxic work environment - back biting, gossip, cliques. Don’t be impressed by tenure, just means new employees are less than and are treated like pawns in their politics

Cons

Personality issues are not dealt with, management is weak, unpleasant work environment, sometimes hostile. Lots of promises but no follow through.
