Pros

The reason I accepted my position is because of the RESPECT Values and Standards. And also because my Supervisor is so easy to work with. Expectations are high, but achievable. It was so easy to align with these expectations and to see them carried out by this tremendous workforce each and every day.

Cons

Being a Community Hospital it is often difficult to compete with the larger HealthCare organizations. However, being smaller makes it easier to be nimble and flexible in ways that employees appreciate.
