Pros

Hiring without any form of discrimination, adequate training, growth potential includes access to all jobs within a dynamic multi-tiered health care services provider.

Cons

Open-access (Kaizen) call-room set-up is not for everyone. Growing pains include significant turnover in staff and management.

Misguided Management

Pros

Many wonderful MD's, allied health and nurses who want to provide safe, quality care but management is misguided and lacks clear single message focus.

Cons

Management is out of touch where to focus their energy for business improvements. Out of touch with what the struggles of employees are at all levels. As the review in 2015 states, very little common business sense in decision making, process improvements and providing clear direction. Too many unnecessary tasks that add no value.
